Before entering the Assam Legislative Assembly, Amiya Kanti Das dedicated more than three decades to organizational work, leadership development, and community service. His public life reflects a journey shaped by discipline, responsibility, and grassroots engagement.
1989 - Started his journey as a Swayamsevak during the Birth Centenary Programme of Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar and became a primary member of BJP.
Completed all three levels of Sangha Shiksha training (1st Year, 2nd Year & 3rd Year at Nagpur 2003), guiding his path of character building and self-discipline.
Worked across education, village development, and social initiatives through Vidya Bharati, Ekal Vidyalaya, Siksha Vikash Parishad & BJP Organisation.
Elected as the MLA of LA-120 Dholai, carrying decades of organizational dedication into legislative responsibility for development and welfare.
A continuous journey of service, discipline and dedication to society, spanning more than three decades.
Started as a Swayamsevak in 1989 and gradually took on increasing organizational responsibilities across Dakshin Assam under the guidance of RSS.
From primary membership to District Vice President, actively contributed to organization building, membership drives and election responsibilities across Assam and beyond.
Entrusted with important responsibilities in advisory bodies contributing to administration, rural security and public welfare.
Elected as MLA of Dholai and committed to representing the aspirations of the people through effective legislative work and public service.
